中國消費率持續下降的主要原因：國民收入分配失衡（DOC 12）

內容提要：最近20多年,中國消費率處於低水平並且持續走低，這已成為製約中國經濟擴大內需、保持可持續高速增長的重要阻礙。本文分析認為，中國消費率持續走低的主要原因在於：與經濟增長速度和城鄉居民收入平均增長速度相比，政府財政收入（和支出）增速相對過快，企業利潤增速相對過快，社會財富和收入分布不均衡程度持續惡化。本文由此提出了相應的政策建議。
