摘　要　根據國內外近年生物工程藥物研究和產業化蓬勃發展的現狀，總結了當代生物工程藥物取得的成就；展示了近年來生物技術進步的軌跡；描述了21世紀第一個10年生物製藥的前景；總結和提出了21世紀生物製藥的發展趨勢。為發展我國生物製藥產業提供了谘詢意見。

Abstract The succese of biotechnology movesed ahead is unfold before one's eyes, according to it is expanded rapidly present that drugs researching and producting is provided by biotechnology in recent years. That biopharmaceutical will play a more significant role and a vast range of prospects at the beginning ten years in 21st century. The useful suggestion is made to expand Chinese biopharmaceutical industry.
