1.0 Purpose / 目的
To evaluate the integrity of polymeric enclosure parts of sample when operated under extreme operating voltages
評估樣機在極端工作電壓（高和低）下進行的正常負載運行時,其馬達塑料零件的安全性.
2.0 Definition/概念:
2.1 Thermal equilibrium-A state in which three successive temperature readings, taken at intervals of 10% of the previously elapsed duration of the test, but not less than 5 minutes, demonstrate a variation of less than 1℃.
熱平衡-每隔前麵已用的測試時間的10%的間距(但時間不少於5分鍾)連續三次讀數,其變化少於1℃時樣機所達到熱平衡狀態
2.2 Extreme operating voltages-High and low, for this the high is 127V and low 104V
極端電壓-本測試最高電壓為127V,最低電壓為104V.
