ROHS指令：
Issues – (Focusing on RoHS Specifically)
－0.1% by weight of Lead, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium, PBB, PBDE and 0.01% for Cadmium
根據重量來計算，鉛，汞，六價鉻，PBB,PBDE為0.1%，鎘為0.01％。
Material limits apply to homogeneous materials:
Homogeneous material is defined as a substance or mixture of substances with uniform composition (such as solders, resins, platings, etc.) that cannot be mechanically separated
“Homogeneous material”指一種物質或幾種不能用機械方法分離的具有一致組成（比如：焊料，樹脂，端子等）物質的混合物。
By definition it follows: If all homogeneous materials in a product are compliant, the product itself is RoHS compliant
定義的思路：如果在產品中所有的homogeneous材料都符合ROHS指令，那麼該產品本身就符合ROHS指令。
